Transit Movements Northern Ireland

  • Transit discharge T1/T2 TAD
  • T1 Movements to Europe
  • T2 IE – EU via the UK land bridge

We can also support customs movements between Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland using a customs procedure known as onward supply relief. This allows goods to be declared for import in Northern Ireland, but the VAT travels with the goods to be accounted for at destination in Ireland or the United Kingdom.

Movements from Scotland & England to Republic of Ireland via Northern Ireland Solutions

In order to avoid creating a TSS declaration for goods moving through Northern Ireland into the Republic of Ireland, we can facilitate these movements under transit procedures by raising a T1 between Scotland or England to an office of destination or registered consignee in Republic of Ireland. As there are not many offices of departure in Scotland in particular, we can add your load point sites to our authorised consignor status which allows the T1 to be released and printed for the driver within 30 minutes of acceptance in NCTS.
