Freight Forwarding Imports & Exports

Imports  – We can arrange collection from your overseas suppliers premises, or any other agreed handover location depending on the Incoterm used, such as port of departure. Services include export clearance at origin, liaising with your supplier to obtain commercial documentation and raising of bills of lading / airway bill / CMR on their behalf. 

Exports – We can arrange delivery of your export movements to destination port or an inland delivery point, and also make arrangements for destination customs clearance and payment of destination import taxes if required. The shipment is monitored until we obtain proof of collection or delivery.

Holly has worked in clearance and forwarding for over 20 years, more recently focusing on international trade strategy. Holly oversees the operations structure, staff training and works closely with clients to provide the best solutions. 

Claire
consultant

Claire is experienced in completing entries and now helps onboard new clients and manages CHIEF entry testing and setup. Claire also manages our AEO compliant procedures and is responsible for regular entry auditing within our customs software, with a focus on maintaining high compliance levels and therefore reducing client risk.
